Cool, I did not know there was an I-Phone user list. Could you give me the
address. I would like to learn more.

a month ago so I'm still lerning. There has been allot of discussion about
the prizum app so I asked for some opinions on zoom reader and that ws just

After using it just a little tonight, I would tend to agree with you about
being harder to use if you have no usable vision. I do have enough as to
where I think it will be useful to me. I also had I-Tunes gift cards and I
got it for free.

It performs the same action. I understand that zoom reader is harder to use
if you have no useable vision, and it is half the price. Please let me know
your results with your app though. I haven't bought either yet.

Hi

does it work better than prizmo?

I haven't heard of this app but I have heard great things about prizmo.

I have this app and think it will be very useful.

Donna

Just point, shoot and listen. It doesn't get any easier than that! Once an
image has been captured, ZoomReader's state-of-the-art Optical Character
Recognition (OCR) turns the picture into readable text and then reads that
text back to you out loud. You can also choose to magnify the text or alter
the background and text color to a higher contrast combinations; This is
especially helpful to anyone with Macular Degeneration or other eye
impairments that respond well to high contrast combinations like yellow on
black or blue on yellow.

Our early testing had shown some minor bugs AiSquared has responded very
quickly and made some tweaks that brought it up to par at lightning speed!

ZoomReader Features:

*       Fast, reliable text-to-speech conversion
*       Multiple magnification levels
* Simple interface with large buttons
*       High quality voice-synthesizer
* Recognized text can be copied to clipboard and emailed
*       Voice control options
*

Compatible only on iPhone 4 with iOS 4.2 and higher.
