Hello, I have heard that there are some t v programs available with a described second audio.
I am currently useing Charter Cable with a cable box which has a built in DVR. Is this type of programming available and if so how can I access it? I live in Desloge, Mo. which is about sixty miles south of St. Louis. Thanks for any help Steve
