I think you should be able to call charter and they can walk you through the menus. I don't think they are doing it as much as possible or as they promised... one of the things working on with the legislators in Washington DC... PBS always had this and I actually have to get mine fixed to do it. I just never have time to watch TV.. Hello, I have heard that there are some t v programs available with a described second audio. I am currently useing Charter Cable with a cable box which has a built in DVR. Is this type of programming available and if so how can I access it? I live in Desloge, Mo. which is about sixty miles south of St. Louis.
