That is a tall order and I think it requires some
discussion as to how. :-)
I disagree. I think we have had mountains of discussion and now is
the time to harness that energy and make progress, and the only way
to make progress is to have actual, real, concrete proposals for spec
language. Remember, before too long this WG won't exist any more,
all that will exist is the language we leave behind, so that is where
the discussion must focus. Everything else is just hand-waving.
