Clearly my argument that there is nearly no information content to the
<service> document struck a cord. Now you want to fill it out quickly so
that the argument seems less relevant. You can now understand why this
argument could not be made early on in the discussion. Had it been made
earlier the group would have wasted huge amount of time arguing about
all kinds of extensions to a document that is clearly not really needed.

I have no objection to what you're trying to achieve, however; I want to
ship this protocol in 2007, I've seen nothing but claims to date, and
you're primarily interested in scoring debating points and/or being
angry. So, how about I forget the whole thing, and you carry on doing
whatever it is you think you should do.
