I'd just like to point out that this is not a new feature. Any half-decent aggregator already does this for you with grouped feeds. For example, in NetNewsWire, you can click on folder.


"Planet" feeds simulate this feature badly due to limitations in existing formats, but users like them because it eliminates lots of clerical work.

Yes, sub-feeds can be nested by reference. Whether or not it's a net-win is probably variable.
