Hi peter, first off, thanks for this great tool! I compiled this version
and it seems that mode 1 and 3 both result in the LED turning off when
using the -r switch. At least for the moment the LED is off, I guess
that's better than blinking :-)
Also, is there a reason that doing the following in
/etc/modprobe.d/options wouldn't work:
install usbhid /usr/bin/atvtool -b -l 3;
/sbin/modprobe --ignore install usbhid
obviously all on one line. I tried variations, for example changing
usbhid to any of hiddev or usbcore. I also wrapped the whole thing in
curly braces, and nothing. After each change I ran "depmod -a;
update-initramfs -u" and rebooted. So, what am I doing wrong, or rather,
how did I misinterpret the man page? :-)
