It's not a question of fetch. It's a question of push. You cannot upload  
to Transifex your up-to-date translation until someone push the up-to-date  
template. If someone agrees to do this or write a bot as for Clementine,  
well...

It does not support colorful diffs for fuzzies as Zanata, so it is not  
very useful. I always use offline tools with meaningful diffing (Lokalize  
of Virtaal) as Tx suggestions are sometimes misleading.

It is also better to switch off Google or any other computer  
autotranslation for the known reasons of licensing and quality.

It works in the same way as for any other strings.

Audacity is not Linux-only application. I do not know how well it works on  
Windows and Mac.
