I am not a decision maker about these things. I am just a messenger. I do anticipate a revision of the official message will come soon. I hope you watch for it and it might change your mind. About the CLA -- which you don't need to sign, as a translator, but others might, as programmers -- I just want to clear up a misconception: It is incorrect (as some have said) that when signing the CLA, one surrenders ownership of work to Muse. Careful reading of the CLA shows that one grants a license to Muse to reuse the code in any way, but not assignment of copyright. The license is perpetual, but also non-exclusive. The copyright holders may still reuse the work as they choose in other projects, or grant licenses to other parties to use it.
