Re: Nvda and wireless networks on windows 10
A lot of the windows universal apps aren't accessible, its microsoft being lunkheads. The wireless stuff if perfectly doable though. Hit windows B to jump to the system tray, then right arrow a few times until you hear something like not connected, no connections available, or not connected, connections available. Press space and then arrow to your network of choice, press enter, then tab around, if its a network you want to use a lot, check the thing that says connect automatically with space, then tab and space on connect, then type the password and hit enter.
It's a little more concerning if it says connections not available, If that happens, the two most common causes are that wifi is off, or airplane mode is on, either way, bring up the same panel as before, but you will tab around until you hear wifi toggle, not pressed, if it says not pressed, hit space to activate it, then escape and wait a few seconds for it to scan and back in and connect If airplane mode
is on, when you arrow over the icon in the system tray, you'll hear something like the following: not connected, wireless communication is turned off. That's a good indicator its airplane mode that got accidentally turned on.
