I tried to access the MCE wizard with NVDA as You suggested but can't get to the buttons to click next and change values if needed. It reads the first screen and that's all.
J Love, I assume You probably had the same problem with the wizard and from what You said You changed values in the .ini file. So what values You changed and what did you put after the entries regarding sound and microphone?
