Maybe creepy was the wrong word. But when you think about the fact that, as was just said that they're still running and were first used as far back as World War I but probably had their height during the cold war, it's definitely pretty spooky to think that noone knows where they're running them, or even who is. They're not creepy in the scary sense of the word, but they're definitely on the dark and slightly erie side, at least for me.
