Just one question, which I don't hope you take personal:
Are you actually getting, or have you considered to get any kind of professionel help? If the answer is no, then I'll highly recommend you to do so. This is not a bad thing to get professionel help. More and more people are doing that.
I'll recommend you to get professionel help to be a more stable person, learn how to control yourself before things get out of hand, and to help you getting better at handeling all the things which are giving you issues.
Think carefully about your decissions and think about the consequences it might have. When you have made a desission, then don't change it just because people don't agree. I mean: Don't let people control you like this. You need to make your own desissions, no matter wat people think. If you don't do that, then people will just complain no matter what you do, because they know if they complain enough, then you'll just change your mind again, and things will just go in circle.
