I also currently use Nord and really can't fault it. It is more accessible [thanks to a recent update] and just works in all scenarios for me.
Their help system is outstanding and they really have 24/7 customer support. I've tried it.
For example, a while ago I tried getting a refund and ending my subscription through live chat. I was connected within seconds to a real Nord VPN representative. We discussed the issue [the Windows client not being very accessible] and the representative asked me if there was any way they could help improve the accessibility.
They refunded with no further questions.
