Something to build upon in your post that's very interesting is that many trans people view transitioning not as a medical procedure to resolve a medical condition but autonomy over their bodies. In a way, using tools changes the blind form so that they can enable themselves to do things. All form of blind accessibility and mobility ranging from glasses, to canes, to braille, to architectural adaptations and even blind people sharing with each other how to play video games changes the so-called natural blind form into something that can do something that the original form was unable to do. This intersects technology with accessibility and gender struggles.
