If you buy the games or movies in question legally, I see no problem with extracting the ROM'S to play more accessibly, or to find audio described ver₦s but ONLY if you have bought the movie first. You bought the movie/game, so that's your choice.
And while I am sorry for the lack of availibility of audio description in certain regions, or if you are unable to afford those movies because of exhorbonant prices, torrenting the movies, in my opinion, not only disrespects the time and efert put into those movies, but also shows poor character. Yes, I realize that people want to fit in and watch the movies everyone else wants to watch, but movies aren't a necessity. Just as Gamestop isn't "essential retail", movies aren't essential to survival.
