smh. It's free, download install and try the thing yourself. In the time you took to visit audiogames.net, make this post, wait for replies and reply to those replies you could have gotten a very good idea of this yourself without taking time out of other people's days. We call this being a help vampire.
I've been told this opinion is a rather unpopular one but why ask a question when you don't need to?
Something like, "does anyone know how to accessibly do x in MS teams?" shows that you've at least given it a shot and have ran into a brick wall, hopefully after searching around some. Solely relying on the experiences of others, especially when the task is as simple as installing an application is bound to get you some pretty negative responses on forums/sites less tolerant than this one, be forewarned. It's also just an important piece of advice that can be applied in many other situations.
