@20 What they're saying is that you never should have forced it past the first time you knew it started switching off and on. That would have have been the best time to take it to a repair shop. They would have diagnosed the PSU and replaced it for you and you'd be on your way. It's not normal for computers to do this. Now, you've most likely have a burnt mobo along with other stuff.
