Re: I want to learn more about developing android games for blind people

For a couple games that do not rely om a screen reader but uses in-game text to speevh, have a look at both crafting kingdom and galactic colony. For a game that uses a combination of tts and voice acting, check out a blind legend or enkwentro. For a game that relies wholey on human narration, blind quest is a good example. All except the last game are free, but the last game does have a free demo. All of these should give good indicators to the pros and cons of each approach.
