I lost all but light when I was 3. I can only see light in my left eye and colors in glow sticks and fireworks although I do second guess myself which color is which at times. I remember what it's like to go from everything to well almost nothing. It still gets to me today but it does get better. I'm sorry this happened to you and I know I'd be upset if I woke up one day and couldn't see light. Hang in there.
