Are you talking about the battle such as the one with the junior administrators? I have a quite of a history with that type of battle. The first time I played the original series, I rock the flame guy as I was using mostly earth team, and then got pulverized with the water one. I didn't figured out the mecanic behind that battle until much later on, so I got quite a bit of trubble down there.
Also, my english is very very very horible back then. I didn't even expected the irroadium fight to happen. All that I know of are that irroadium kil Octoross, and I thought, I have to stop his rampage.
But even now, I don't understand. He doesn't want to be slaved by Octoross, but he is completely fine being slaved by Yavon. The plot armor is damn strong down there, and I guess thats why the place is the most unholy in tangeria, as that place was control by a plot armor, and not run naturally along with reality.
