i think its pretty much depends which district your friend going to be staying at. Are there blind sighted? what do they expect, in terms of people, they tend to be helpful, some of them are even gos the limits of helping and try to, well help when you don't need it, but when you manage to explain your situation, your fine.
in terms of accessibility? ıt could be better, but not horrable.
