59 (@Bladestorm360): And the second comes when God doesn't kill Adam for eating the fruit (Gen 2). That's even stranger, and it's more difficult to justify, because according to some passages God is immutable. I must have a look at @asault_freak's link, and see if I get a logical answer to that.
Moreover, you say:

60 (@asault_freak): I hadn't thought about that possibility. However, I think we both agree that a God who is all just can't kill innocent children (David's son, "every living substance" (Gen 7:4) (including animals, children and plants).
