I like your list of Traits but each could include positive and negative results:
Greedy: gets more unhappy if not given a full ration but can find more stuff at the crash site.
Entitled: Will be more unhappy if someone has something such as a blanket but they have more stuff before the crash.
Intrepid: More likely to make and survive alone but can make shelter and skis out of airship parts.
Martyr: will be happier when doing dangerous or difficult things and more likely to succeed.
Pragmatic: does not lose happiness from exposure to corpses but may tend to steel from others.
Complainer:If unhappy, will reduce others happiness through they're complaints but will encourage the party to keep moving.
Caring: Will gain more happiness if left with children, the injured or elderly but get more depressed if they die.
Strong back: Will not become as tired from physical jobs but may get lost easier.
Stick picker: Can
keep a fire going with less wood but have a higher chance of burning fingers.
Clumsy: Will be more likely to be injured doing hard physical jobs so will take longer and do easy jobs better.
First aider: will be more likely to find medical supplies like bandages and splints but more likely to get sick from others.
Coward: Will not help if attacked, and will run away and survive longer.
