Sounds like a bit of a bigot to me so I wouldn't be advertising this
review in the non-English speaking market.

I only start moaning about out-sourced call-centers when they don't
help me with my problem, and even then I'd be moaning about a non
out-sourced call-center if they didn't help me.  I've seen plenty of
people on these forums helping other people, and suprise suprise not
all of them have been native English speakers.
