Midrange drivers?  I thought those were a two-way with a 1" tweeter and
two 5 1/4" woofers.

Anyway, let them break in.  The woofers, especially, will loosen up.  I
wouldn't even consider doing any critical listening until you have at
least 50 hours of playing time on them.
