I believe those crossovers are intended for high-level inputs. But
browsing around Parts Express, I came across these Harrison Labs FMOD,
line-level, high- and low-pass cative crossover simulators (toward the
bottom of the list):

Anyone had experience with these? Any ideas about how they would impact
signal quality? They should would be a cheap economical solution.
