Who knows? The bottom line is that they are supposed to either roll-off
the high or low end at 12db per octave at a given frequency. It's
difficult to find authoritative reviews of these items on the Internet.
I've looked.

I did stumble across another active crossover at a good price by
Marchand Electronics. They have a range of products. The one I'm
looking at is 40 bucks, but it needs a box, jacks and a power supply. I
could probably still do it for $100.00.
