What if it cost $5000? Still want one? As soon as it's released, remember to immediately get the MarkII into development to be released 12-18 months afterward. At the same time start getting the marketing guys up to speed in audiophile jargon in preparation of the MarkII. It won't be just improved, but will be "significantly" improved in all the usual ways - air, detail, bass extension, with less grain, much more analog sounding. Price? Practically no price increase at all, beyond inflation - $5700.
Won't really matter how small the market.
