Sorry Mike - couldn't resist myself. My wife and I share a Honda CRV which the UK govt seems to think is a "big SUV" when in fact it is a small 2-litre low emission "4x4". My wife doesn't share my Jaguar XJR V8 Supercharged 4 litre monster - which the same Govt seems to think is somehow greener than the CRV! - bizarre.
(seriously) I am investigating getting some solar panels on the roof to augment my mains supply - for green & financial reasons. It just occurred to me that there might (or might not) be some beneficial impacts on the sound when running on solar...anybody out there in SB land using solar power?
