Dan and I from support agree. We tested some files from here: http://www.moconews.net/the-mosquito-ringtone.html We tried them on a number of audio setups here at Slim Devices, and it certainly easier to hear on some systems. Oddly enough I went home and tried it out on my JBL 2.1 computer speakers...big mistake. Something about my home setup is very different, the frequency was faint at work, at home it was outrageously loud and painful.
