Snake Oil: "a substance with no real medicinal value sold as a
cure-all"

>From what I can tell, there does appear to be plenty of value to the
Transporter. We're are not talking about applying green marker to the
edges of CDs or the comparative effects of using brass weights vs. lead
weights to dampen the microscopic mechanical vibrations of solid state
electronics that work just fine even if mounted in a car bouncing down
a bumpy road.

Slim Devices in general, and its CEO participating in this forum, do a
good job of explaining how the Transporter was designed, and what it
does. Short of a listening demo, I have enough information on which to
decide whether or not to purchase the product. At the moment, the
answer for me is "no," but I fail to see how anything Slim Devices is
doing constitutes snake oil?
