We're are not talking about applying green marker to the edges of CDs or the comparative effects of using brass weights vs. lead weights to dampen the microscopic mechanical vibrations of solid state electronics that work just fine even if mounted in a car bouncing down a bumpy road. Slim Devices in general, and its CEO participating in this forum, do a good job of explaining how the Transporter was designed, and what it does. Short of a listening demo, I have enough information on which to decide whether or not to purchase the product.
