Thanks for the clarification! I must somehow have missed the earlier
discussion of this when I searched for it.

Your argument makes sense, obviously. I hadn't thought of it that way.
One could argue, though, that at 10 cents, ANY improvement would be
cost-effective.

Actual measurements of K vs KE would have been interesting, but I
suppose that is too much to ask of the modders.  ;-)
