I've been wanting to sell my Rogue Audio Tempest II (90wpc tube integrated amp) and get a solid state amplifier to drive my Von Schweikert VR-2's... Any recommendations on something 2ch, with 12v trigger, in the 150-250w (peak or rms, whatever--small room)?
Not sure that I'll be using balanced, but I am still waiting for my Transporter--Not sure I'll be using a preamp at all either.
