Hey Skunk, thanks a lot for the reply and great info! For the record, my speakers are Dynaudio Contour 1.3 MKII using matching Dynaudio spiked stands.
I really like the look of the Endler attenuators and it seems they will do exactly what I need - while maintaining the simplicity and budget. At this point, I think my choice will be either these or the Luminous Axiom.
