Your speaker placement is funky, to say the least. I left this in
another post but it warrants repeating here: begin by using Allison
rules for speaker placement. There is plenty about this on the Web and
Mr. Allison did the math and knew his subject. It boils down to this:

1. Take a measurement from the center of your woofer to the side
wall.
2. Take a measurement from the center of your woofer (not the back of
the speker) to the wall behind the speaker.
3. Take a measurement from the center of the woofer to the floor.

You will have three numbers. The product of the lowest number and the
highest number will give you value A; the square of the middle number
will give you value B. You mission, should you choose to accept it, is
to get these numbers as close together as possible.

There are many variations, of course, except for the height of the
woofer. Still, really, I implore you: try this and see what happens.
The whole point is to eliminate, as much as possible, untoward room
modes and improve bass and mid-bass performance.

So, work up the numbers and see what you get. Then, start playing with
different numbers until the values are close. Then, go move your
speakers. Toe them in for on-axis listening, as you should, and set
your listening position, if you can, to form an equilateral triangle.
If you jaw doesn't drop, I'll be surprised.
