I think the transport would be overkill for that system. If I were in your position, I would use the price difference between the SB3 and the transporter in better amplifier and speakers. Staying with Rotel, I can recommend the Rotel RA-1072 amplifier. There are many good speaker to choose from. Find a shop that can help you. Consider buying a linear powersupply for the SB3.
