It may not sound too good though. Most PC soundcards have a native sampling rate of 48kHz, and may well upsample the CD's 44.1 to 48 internally. You may be able to stop this, but it's unpredictable - different soundcards may do different things. Your DAC might tell you what the incoming sample rate is.
Why not try it and compare the sound with the SB?
