Indeed, I didn't mentioned that I use a Rosendahl wordclock to sync my dCS. We could suppose that with a wordclock the TP should be as good as the Verdi but in the fact the presence of a wordclock is not a pledge of good restitution. Once I tried an Orpheus drive (without wordclock) and it was much better than my Tascam drive (with a wordclock). I know how much the drive is important in a numeric system independently of the wordclock. I think wordclock is just icing on the cake. -- fred1322 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ fred1322's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=8994 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=30639 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
