When you say the current inhouse (Bmark and Lavry) dacs beat the Prima, is that using the SB as transport, or the Prima? If former, then the Prima, being a well-regarded cd player from a well-regarded company, is in trouble. That's not a lot of $$$ that beat an Audio Aero upsampling player.
Sorry, I've not heard the BC3 but Audio Circle and Audiogon forums have a lot of chatter about it.
