Yes, out house leakage is considered to be irritating by me too. I recently bought a set of Sennheiser HD280Pros: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000065BPB/km-20/ref=nosim and I quite like them. The closed, circumaural design results in a nice tight seal, and because the pads sit around the ears instead of on them, they have a higher comfort factor.
