Maybe if I wasn't such a gear slut I'd stop using lack of equipment as an excuse not to experiment with recording.
I wish I knew more about it, for example I would be curious if having a 24 bit signal is valuable for the same reasons it is around here- giving wiggle room for effects, whereas here it's volume control. Or does that only apply if your final output is 16 bit? When I asked about it at Guitar Center, the sales dude said 24/192 was useless due to losses in the PC or something to that effect. * http://touchshop.org/product_info.php?cPath=19&products_id=158 -- Skunk ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Skunk's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2685 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=31175 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
