Phil, I emailed Matt on Tuesday January 2nd. My belief at this point is he has no intention of replying. My main goal at this point is to get them to remove the Big "No Risk Purchase Plan" banner on their "how to buy" page. I just think it is dishonest to call something no risk and then charge a restocking fee.
