I agree that local dealers should be used if possible. I don't know of any in my area that carry Bel Canto Dacs. I was taking a couple of weeks off from work so I wanted to get the Dac right away to try it out while I had time. That probably also contributed to my less than complete review of the offer. (btw I paid for overnight shipping and it was never my intention to try it for free and then send it back. Just the shipping back and forth cost me ~$200)
