The Benchmark DAC1 is $795, which I know since I just bought one and am extremely happy with it. The price of the Lavry DA10 is, as I recall, in that area. The Stello DA220 is about $1200. All get good reviews, there are various differences in their features and flexibility; in terms of sound quality, you can't go wrong with any of them.
