Recently on AC an OB got a 30 day time out. I re read a lot of his posts and I dont think they merited a time out. OTOH some of the SUBs replies to the OB were rude and hostile but they didn't get time outs. One of the most egregious examples was when a moderator was very insulting and rude to the OB on a thread the OB started to protest the unfairness of the time out. Including calling the guy an A**hole! The Mod later deleted that word but not the other rude charecterizations. It seems to me the time out was more a retaliation for the OB's views than for the tone of is posts. I would hate to see this kind of "moderation" on this forum. -- tomjtx ------------------------------------------------------------------------ tomjtx's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7449 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=32352 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
