Not sure what you meant by this. Do you mean transcoding the 128kbps
downloads into a higher bitrate like 256? If so, don't waste your time
and disc space - the information lost by compressing to 128kbps is lost
forever.

If you want better quality you'll need to rip a CD, or find a higher
quality download.
