Audiophile: literally, one who loves sound.  Less literally, one who
cares about accurate reproduction of sound through a stereo system. 
Nothing about gullibility, or neo-luddism, or anti-scientific
mysticism.  If you care about sound quality and are serious about
optimizing it (i.e. you are an audiophile), you use blind testing. 
Look at or ask anyone who actually works as an audio engineer or
researcher and see what techniques they use.  There isn't any debate
about it, it's an accepted, obvious fact, that blind testing is the
*only* way to use human hearing as a tool.  Sorry if you don't like the
results - welcome to reality.
