I made up sets of DH Labs BL1 (Silver Sonic) IC's with Cardas slvr RCA's. These things are terrific giant killers! Very good value and exceptional good balance. Plenty of everything incl. bass. Don't let the prices fool you. Order from Welborne Labs or from Parts Connexion and make your own in 15 minutes if you are used to soldering. I like the Cardas solder too and use it in all my tube amp projects. PConnex also has a DH Labs made Connex model in pure silver that I would like to try sometime.
