Personally, no, but many others have. Anyway the blanket statement that "all DACs sound the same under all circumstances" is certainly not true. What does seem to be true is that modern, well-designed DACs operating under fair circumstances (like no big impedence mismatch) are indistinguishable, just like amplifiers.
